Name - How assignors are assigned
They are assigned by the first rule that matches, in order from 1 to 3:
- If governmental agency, first character of the state that the agency is in
- The first letter of the trade name of the TRANSFEROR (i.e. where the
transfer is coming from)
- First letter of the last name
Examiner
The examiner is usually the person whose initials
are on the bottom left hand side of the form. Infrequently the examiner
and supervisor are the same.
Supervisor
Supervisor of examiner, which is usually stamped and fully written out.
Rating
A simple concept of taking number of comments of Excellent,
OK or Needs work, numerically in order
separated by a slash. A 20/5/1 means people rated the examiner; 20
excellent, 5 OK, 1 needs work.
Average weeks to process
A ball park average of the number of weeks it will take to get a form
processed from the time you dropped the letter in the mail to when the person
doing the transfer received the approved form back.
The first number is the average and the second is the number of people who
have responded with information to the average. A number 11-9, means the
average return is 11 weeks and 9 people have submitted results to come to the 11
week average.
