| The FAR-15. A lightweight AR-15 style carbine that
will take the punishment. This Carbine has all the same great features as the CAR-97
including fixed collapsible stock, matched forged aluminum receivers, A2 sights etc. But it weighs 4.92 pounds! Shown on the right you will find a
comparison between the contours of the standard Olympic Arms heavy barrel found on all
other 16" carbines (shown on the bottom), and the FAR-15 barrel (shown on top). As
you can see there is a significant difference between the 2, and this directly correlates
